HARVEST SPRINGS, A CREATIVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Harvest Springs is a unique community currently being built in Chubbuck under the Creative Community zoning. Creative Community is a new zone in the City of Chubbuck that is focused on community living with parks and open space, rear loaded garages, and decorative front porches. The community will feature both residential and commercial.

Cascade Falls at Harvest Springs is a commercial development within the Harvest Springs Community.

For residential development, Home Size Requirements are as follows:
Large Lot Homes (Lots .20 ac or greater): 2 Car garage minimum with 1,400 heated square feet above grade in a ranch or 2400 heated square feet above grade in a 2 story.
Medium Lot Homes (Lots .10-.19 ac): 2 Car garage minimum with 1,200 heated square feet above grade in a ranch or 2000 heated square feet above grade in a 2 story.
Small Lot Homes (Lots less than .1 ac): 1 Car garage minimum with 900 heated square feet.
