Home Size Requirements are as follows:

Large Lot Homes (Lots .20 ac or greater): 2 Car garage minimum with 1,400 heated square feet above grade in a ranch or 2400 heated square feet above grade in a 2 story.

Medium Lot Homes (Lots .10-.19 ac): 2 Car garage minimum with 1,200 heated square feet above grade in a ranch or 2000 heated square feet above grade in a 2 story.

Small Lot Homes (Lots less than .1 ac): 1 Car garage minimum with 900 heated square feet.
